AI & Automation Studio

Fluxlane designs and builds AI agents and automated workflows that handle the repetitive parts of running a business. Your time goes to the work that needs a human.

Services

Six categories of work we build. Most engagements start with one: whichever is costing you the most hours, not all six at once.

01

Workflow & Systems Automation

The engine behind everything else

We connect the tools you already use (inbox, calendar, CRM, forms) into automated pipelines built on n8n. Information moves between systems without anyone re-typing it.

02

Voice AI & Phone Agents

Never miss another call

An AI agent that answers, books, reschedules, and follows up by phone. It picks up the calls that come in after hours, during a session, or while the line's already busy.

03

AI Chatbots & Website Assistants

A first response, instantly

A chatbot trained on your own information that answers real questions and captures leads the moment they arrive, disclosed as AI from the first message, by default.

04

AI-Assisted Lead Generation

Fill the pipeline, human-supervised

We automate the prospecting and outreach. A person reviews and sends every message: the system doesn't send on its own.

05

Calendar & Scheduling Automation

Turn booking into a non-issue

Self-service booking, automated reminder sequences, and waitlist handling that cut no-shows and stop the back-and-forth of finding a time that works.

06

Document & Data Automation

Paperwork that files itself

Intake forms, invoices, and enrollment paperwork read, structured, and routed into the right system automatically, with anything uncertain flagged for a human to check.

How it runs

A trigger fires, and everything downstream happens without anyone touching it. This is the mechanical shape of automation, not a specific client result.

  1. A new inquiry arrives by form, email, or phone.
  2. AI drafts a reply in your tone, instantly.
  3. The client books themselves through self-service scheduling.
  4. Automated reminders go out to cut down no-shows.

Process

  1. 01

    Audit

We watch how your business runs today and map where the hours go. No generic checklist.

  2. 02

    Design

We architect the specific system for your business: which tools, which automations, where a human stays in the loop and where they don't need to.

  3. 03

    Build

We implement and integrate it with what you already use: your inbox, calendar, forms, CRM. Nothing needs to be replaced to get value.

  4. 04

    Run

We monitor, refine, and hand over documentation and training, so the system stays yours to understand and adjust. It's not a black box.

Technology

We favor open standards and self-hostable tools over single-vendor no-code products that can be discontinued overnight. n8n and the Model Context Protocol sit at the center of almost everything we build.

Applied thinking

Fluxlane is a new studio. These are illustrative frameworks built from real operational research, not claimed results from finished projects. They show the kind of problem we look for and how we'd approach it.

Applied to: a solo therapy practice

Turning a static contact form into a first responder

The problem

A single practitioner, no front desk, and a contact form that only gets checked between sessions. The data is clear: a lead contacted within 5 minutes is 21x more likely to convert than one contacted after 30. Wait longer, and someone else answers first.

The approach

An instant AI-drafted acknowledgment the moment a form is submitted, a self-service booking link so a slot can be secured without waiting on a reply, and an automated reminder sequence to cut the no-shows that hit a one-person calendar hardest.

Applied to: a bilingual early-years school

One inbox, two languages, and a waitlist no one can lose track of

The problem

Every notice, form, and daily update has to exist in Hungarian and English, authored twice by the same small team. A structured waitlist is the difference between a director scrolling through old emails and a family getting a timely, trustworthy answer.

The approach

Automated bilingual parent communication generated from one source, plus a digital waitlist that notifies the next family the moment a place opens. It replaces a spreadsheet with a system that protects trust in a scarce resource.

Applied to: a local service business

Turning an existing lead list into qualified conversations

The problem

Plenty of local businesses have a list of prospects and no time to work it. Enrichment, outreach, and follow-up all compete with running the business day to day.

The approach

An automated, human-supervised pipeline that enriches a lead list, drafts outreach in the owner's voice, and queues replies for a person to send. Someone's reading the inbox, not a bot.

About

FSD Studio designs how a business looks online: web design, brand, and SEO. Fluxlane builds how it runs, the AI agents and automated systems behind the scenes. Same team, same standard of work, two different jobs.

Sen and Fanni work across the full stack, from applied AI research to production systems that keep running long after launch. That's the bar Fluxlane holds to: audit the real workflow, build on open tooling, and hand over something the client can run without us. The two of them also founded FSD Studio, the web design and branding studio where Fluxlane started. As AI changes what a website alone can do for a small business, FSD keeps sharpening that side while Fluxlane takes on everything AI-driven and operational around it.

Sen Vanmassenhove

AI & Deployment

Applied Computer Science, focused on AI and data science. Works across the full stack, from model to production, with a specific interest in bridging complex data work with systems that run inside a business.

Fanni Véh

AI & Product

Computer Science background spanning Belgium and Switzerland, with a focus on AI, data science, and web development. Co-founded FSD Studio and builds the product thinking behind Fluxlane's systems.
