Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 July 2026

Honest disclaimer: this is a good-faith starting draft, scoped specifically to this website rather than padded out with generic boilerplate. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Before relying on this as Fluxlane's actual, binding terms, have it checked by a qualified legal professional familiar with Belgian and EU law.

Who we are

Fluxlane is a two-person AI and automation studio based in Antwerp, Belgium, run by Sen Vanmassenhove and Fanni Véh, and a sibling company to FSD Studio. These terms govern your use of this website (fluxlane.ai) only.

What this site is

This is an informational marketing website. It describes what Fluxlane does, publishes a blog, and offers a contact form for starting a conversation. It is not a SaaS product: there is no login, no user accounts, no user-generated content, and no payment processing happens on this site itself. Nothing on this site forms a contract for automation or consulting work on its own. See “Client engagements” below.

Acceptable use

You're welcome to browse, read, and share this site. In using it, please don't:

  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it.
  • Use the contact form to submit spam, malicious content, or automated bulk submissions.
  • Scrape, copy, or republish site content in a way that misrepresents its source.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and code of this website belong to Fluxlane and FSD Studio, except where explicitly credited otherwise. You're free to reference or link to this site; reproducing substantial parts of its content or design elsewhere without permission isn't.

Client engagements

These terms cover the website only. If you engage Fluxlane for a paid automation or AI project, the scope, deliverables, pricing, timelines, and liability for that engagement are set out separately, in writing, per client. They are not defined by, or inferable from, this page.

Blog and informational content

Articles published on the Fluxlane blog reflect our own thinking and operational research at the time of writing. They're shared to be useful, but they are not professional, legal, or financial advice, and shouldn't be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows the specifics of your situation.

Links to third-party sites

This site links to FSD Studio and other third-party sites for context. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or how they handle your data. Check their own terms and privacy policies before relying on them.

Limitation of liability

This site and its content, including the blog, are provided “as is” for informational purposes. To the extent permitted by law, Fluxlane isn't liable for decisions made or outcomes resulting from reliance on content published here. This limitation applies to the informational content of the website itself, and does not describe or limit liability terms for any separate, paid client engagement. Those are addressed in that engagement's own written agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
